Receiving a refund or exchange

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase however if for some reason you are not Lucy and Belle are happy to give you a refund of or exchange if you contact us within 7 days from when you receive the item(s) by completing the form below.  Once you have submitted the Returns Form please return the item to us.

We are a small family business and as we offer complimentary UK shipping on all orders over £30 you will be responsible to pay for the returns postage. 

Once we receive your package we shall immediately process your return or exchange and we shall notify you of this once the matter is concluded.

Please ensure that you return your package using Royal Mail only.

~ SPECIAL NOTE FOR RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE UK ~

Please kindly note that if you are returning your parcel from outside of the UK if there are any customs charges incurred this will be deducted from your refund.  Also the cost of sending the package to you will also be deducted from your refund as these charges are too high for our small business to cover.

If for any reason the package is returned, for example, if the address you provided us does not exist, then we shall have to charge you for the postage costs.

Please contact us for the UK returns address as you cannot return to a PO BOX when shipping from outside the UK.

Gift Returns

If you have received an item(s) as a gift, you may exchange it for a gift voucher. Gift vouchers are valid for one year only. To arrange a return, please email canyouhelpme@lucyandbelle.com.

Late Returns

Item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Lucy and Belle and may only be refunded as a gift voucher.

Our Policy

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Lucy and Belle garment tags still attached. If the items are boxed we kindly ask they remain in the box. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
