We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to personalise a range of items from our boutique.
1. How much does the personalised service cost?
This service may be included with the price of the item or it may carry an additional charge which will be added automatically when you place the item into your basket.
2. How long will my order take?
We ask that you allow at least three weeks to receive your order if you are based in the UK, if you are based outside of the UK please do allow some extra time to because of the shipping from the UK.
You will be keep fully updated with the progress of your order and as soon as you place your order we will provide you with an update as to when you can expect your order. We will also notify you if we experience any unforseen delays.
3. Can I change my mind?
As a general rule personalised items cannot be refunded for change of mind as the item has been custom made for you. However if you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order that you wish to cancel it provided we have not started to personalise the item then we will of course provide you with a full refund.
4. Can you make a custom design?
Yes, we can work with you if you have a specific design or colour in mind. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
